Our strength comes from our unity, and that strength extends to how we show up for the people and places around us. Whether it’s volunteering for local charities, supporting veteran-focused organizations, helping during community events, or lending a hand after a disaster—Local 165 members are there. Because when our communities thrive, we all do.
We also know that real change happens when working people use their voice. That’s why we encourage every member to stay politically informed and engaged. Through programs like Laborers Rising and the power of LIUNA’s political network, we fight for the issues that matter most to working families: fair wages, safe jobsites, strong labor laws, and economic justice.
